Dr. Katie Holtzman DPT, CSMS
Katie Holtzman obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2008 after playing 4 years of college basketball at NCCC and Oklahoma Wesleyan University. She loves sports and a good competitive game of any kind.
After working with many post-op ACL and various other adolescent patients, she wanted to find a way to help youth athletes prevent injury and improve their performance on the court and/or field. She is certified in Sportsmetrics, which is 1 of only 3 programs that have been proven to prevent injury, specifically ACL injuries. Sportsmetrics has also been shown to correct muscle imbalances, increase power, strength and vertical jump.
She not only loves working with athletes, but she also has a passion to help active adults get into shape to stay fit and healthy. She offers fitness classes and one on one wellness training to educate and guide clients in their own health journeys.
She has over 15 years of clinical experience and is ready to take on a new adventure with “RENEWED STRENGTH”.
When she isn’t in the clinic, she enjoys running and working outside with her husband and spending time with her 4 children.
